xDrip+ for Medtronic CareLink This post is also available on the blog - xDrip+ for CareLink - how to automatically sync data with Nightscout Since the mmconnect plugin in Nightscout no longer works, the best way to automatically transfer data from Medtronic CareLink to Nightscout is to use the xDrip+ app on Android. Download and install xDrip+ here (use the latest version) There are three ways to retrieve data from CareLink and send it to Nightscout. Method 1 - xDrip+ on Android Set up a Share Partner in the CareLink Connect app Select CareLink Follower as the data source in xDrip+ Once the data appears in xDrip+, upload it to Nightscout via: Cloud Upload → Nightscout Sync. Done - your data is now in Nightscout! Method 2 - Android notifications If the phone you use with the Medtronic CareLink, Guardian, or MiniMed app runs Android, you can configure xDrip+ to read notifications from the app and send glucose readings to Nightscout. 1. Select Companion App as the data source in xDrip+ 2. Once the data appears in xDrip+, upload it to Nightscout via: Cloud Upload → Nightscout Sync. 3. Done - your data is now in Nightscout! Method 3 - all phones! Use the CGM Connect integration in diab.ninja In your Nightscout settings (User Panel, plugins) Add the connect plugin In the User Panel, open your instance configuration and click CGM Connect Integration - Medtronic CareLink Complete the form Make sure you enter the Follower account details - it should work :)
