Troubleshooting

Fix issues with diab.ninja: data not uploading, xDrip+, API_SECRET, and plugins. Check your Nightscout setup fast and sort it out without stress.

Troubleshooting Data is not being uploaded Check whether the site opens on your phone (with Wi-Fi / without Wi-Fi) Check whether the site opens on your phone (with 4G/LTE/5G) Check whether your phone has mobile data enabled Check in the User Panel whether the site is working (User Panel -> Service Status -> Check status) Make sure API_SECRET is correct (you can always change it in the user panel at https://diab.ninja) Make sure the instance URL is correct (check that xDrip+ uses the right URL: Uploaders - Sending data) xDrip+ xDrip+ configuration: Open xDrip+ Go to Settings → Cloud Upload → Nightscout Sync (REST-API) Turn on "Enable REST API Upload" Enter the URL: https://API_SECRET@your-instance.diab.ninja/api/v1/ Replace API_SECRET with your API password Check the internet connection on the uploader device Check the logs in the uploader app Uploaders - Sending data I do not see all plugins Plugins can be changed only once every 24 hours Check whether plugins are enabled in the settings Refresh the Nightscout page (Ctrl+F5) Instance configuration I forgot API_SECRET In the User Panel, you can view your current API_SECRET or change it to a new one: Click the eye icon (marked with a red arrow) Then use the current password or change it to a new one: Is Diab.ninja working?
